With the rapidly developing COVID-19 situation we are following government advice and working with our agent network to take the appropriate actions to maintain the health and safety of our customers and staff.
We know these are uncertain and challenging times and we are here to help. We will keep this page updated with any new information we have relating to the virus and the impact on our staff, the SEAT Store in Auckland, agents around the country and customers. Our staff are also on hand for any queries you have relating to your vehicle. Our team are still available to answer questions you may have over the coming weeks.
As a result of the Government’s announcement regarding a nationwide closure on non-essential services, our dealerships will be closed as of 5pm on Tuesday 24 March 2020 for a minimum of four weeks or until advised otherwise.
During this time, our dealerships will be shut down in line with the government policy, but some will have on-call teams available for urgent repairs to emergency service vehicles, essential business vehicles or the vehicles of people providing essential services. Please check your local dealerships websites for the latest information.

SEAT New Zealand Head Office
The office is closed from 5pm on Wednesday 25 March 2020 for four weeks or until advised otherwise.
We are still here to help. During this time the SEAT New Zealand team will be working from home.
Our Parts Distribution Centre will provide essential services for emergency parts when required during this time.
